As for the chocolate– it's delicious. I source yummy 35g milk chocolate bars made in the UK. And now for the science bit... the milk solids content is a minimum of 20% and the cocoa solids is a minimum of 30%. Compare that with the leading brands and you'll be impressed at how it adds up.
